Set in the coastal area of Newport Beach, California, this home is imbued with elegance, minimalism, layered textures, and warmth. Our clients wanted their home to feel sophisticated and thoughtfully curated, highly functional for their family of four, and needed to feel comfortably spacious when hosting visitors. Following a mid-century approach for the structure of the home, we kept the architectural details minimal and clean, but intentionally added warmth throughout by selecting natural materials, such as cedar plank ceilings and tumbled limestone floors, that carry texture and patina beautifully over time.
